Class Description

Join Audrey Beaugh, founder of Silly Hearts Yoga for Kids, for this 18-hour kids yoga teacher training. This training includes information on child development, yoga poses and sequencing appropriate for children ages 2 and up, as well as classroom management strategies and more! There is also a focus on trauma-informed instruction for youth and teaching to a neurodivergent population in order to make yoga classes for kids accessible to all children. This training will prepare participants to confidently teach classes to children in early childhood through elementary school.
