Private Sessions

Integrative Healing Sessions with Jessica Lohrey

Jessica is a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapy.

These one-on-one sessions are designed to support deep relaxation, balance, and overall well-being through a personalized, holistic approach. Drawing from over 2,000 hours of advanced training, each session may incorporate elements of yoga therapy, assisted stretching, breathwork, aromatherapy, sound and vibration, and energy-based practices including Reiki and Healing Touch–informed techniques.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may focus on areas such as stress reduction, nervous system regulation, mobility, recovery, or emotional well-being. Through a combination of guided movement, stillness, and subtle hands-on or energetic support, the body is encouraged to shift out of patterns of tension and into a more balanced, receptive state.

This work is grounded in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the body’s natural capacity for healing. While not a substitute for medical care, these sessions are intended to complement your overall wellness and support a greater sense of ease, awareness, and integration.

TESTIMONIALS

I have been taking Yoga classes from Jessica for over ten years. One of the first distinctions I noticed about Jessica’s class compared to other Yoga instructors is her deep knowledge of human anatomy – she knows which muscles groups and parts of the body are being stretched or tightened and how that affects the one’s overall balance and wellbeing. She also emphasizes the integration of mind-body through out the practice, challenging our self-awareness as we explore our limits physically, mentally and emotionally.  As part of a class of older student she gears classes to our level and yet challenges us.

But probably the reason I enjoy classes with Jessica so much is her deep knowledge, dedication, and reverence for the philosophy of Yoga. A Yoga class with Jessica is not just a great workout but an exploration of an ancient philosophy of seeing the divine in ourselves, in others, in our community, and in the world, making the world a better place one Yoga class at a time!"
