Integrative Yoga Therapy Sessions with Jessica Lohrey

Jessica is a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapy. 

These one-on-one sessions provide an individualized, holistic approach to supporting nervous system regulation, mobility, and overall well-being. Drawing from over 2,000 hours of advanced training, each session may incorporate elements of yoga therapy, assisted stretching, breathwork, aromatherapy, sound and vibration, and energy-based practices including Reiki and Healing Touch–informed techniques.

 

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may focus on areas such as stress reduction, nervous system regulation, improved mobility, pain reduction, or emotional well-being. Through a combination of guided movement, stillness, and subtle hands-on or energetic support, the body is encouraged to shift out of patterns of tension and into a more balanced, receptive state.

This work is grounded in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the body’s natural capacity for healing. While not a substitute for medical care, these sessions are intended to complement your overall wellness and support a greater sense of ease, awareness, and integration.​​

Hamilton Yoga Center

  • Tuesdays: 12:00 – 1:00 PM

Private Sessions with Angie Watson 

Angie is an experienced bodywork and wellness practitioner with over a decade of training and hands-on experience in yoga, Reiki, Thai massage, and assisted stretching. She is passionate about trauma-informed care, holistic healing, and providing individualized support for each client she serves. Angie brings both skill and heart to her work. Purpose-driven and deeply committed to the healing arts, she loves empowering others through mindful movement, compassionate touch, and energetic awareness.​​​​​​​​

Thai Yoga Massage

 

Thai Yoga Massage is a full-body, fully clothed therapy that combines assisted stretching, rhythmic pressure, and mindful movement to release tension and restore balance.

 

While you relax on a comfortable floor mat, Angie moves your body through flowing stretches and applies targeted compression along natural energy pathways. This unique blend of yoga-like movement and therapeutic touch helps improve flexibility, ease muscle tightness, support joint mobility, and calm the nervous system.

 

Clients often leave feeling looser, lighter, deeply relaxed, and re-energized.

Private Yoga Sessions

 

Private yoga sessions are designed entirely around you — your body, your goals, and how you’re feeling that day.

 

In a one-on-one setting, you receive personalized guidance, hands-on support (if desired), and a pace that matches your needs. Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase flexibility, reduce pain, recover from stress, or simply feel more at ease in your body, each session is thoughtfully tailored to help you move safely and effectively.

 

Private yoga is ideal for beginners, those returning after a break, or experienced practitioners wanting to refine their practice and deepen body awareness.

Reiki

 

Experience deep relaxation and energetic renewal with a personalized Reiki session.

 

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and well-being.

Using light, intuitive hand placements on or just above the body, Reiki helps encourage the flow of energy—releasing tension, calming the mind, and promoting deep relaxation. As the body settles into this restorative state, many clients experience reduced stress, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of ease.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged—ready to return to life with greater balance.
