Quito - Cotopaxi National Park - Cayambe - Otavalo -

Ilumán - Papallacta - Kuyana Island

In September 2026, we’ll journey to a land where the Andes rise to meet the clouds and the Amazon flows with the current of ancient life. Ecuador is not a typical tourist stop — it’s a place of breathtaking contrast, home to people who have lived in harmony with the Earth for generations. Here, the spirit of ahimsa (non-harming) and santosha (contentment) are not philosophies, but lived realities.

This retreat will be a return to simplicity — to stillness, to awe, to the essence of yoga itself. We’ll practice in sacred natural spaces, learn from indigenous perspectives, and explore what it means to live in alignment with the natural world.

To make this extraordinary journey accessible and seamless, I’ve partnered with Fit4Travel, a trusted travel company that handles logistics, payments, and travel protections so I can focus fully on what I love: crafting meaningful, soul-centered experiences. Working with them allows us to travel more safely, with flexible payment options and professional coordination behind the scenes — while keeping our retreats authentic, intentional, and deeply personal.
