Join us for an all-levels class with an emphasis on breathing, relaxing, and increasing resilience to stress. Practice detachment from outcomes and simply being with what is. You will move your spine in all directions and bring awareness to the energy flowing through you. This class often incorporates themes from yoga's beautiful and timeless philosophy. Classes will draw from traditional yoga postures, and the occasional restorative and yin posture. 60 minutes
